When will my order Ship?

Our shipping team is fast! If your order is placed before 2PM weekdays, it is highly likely to be shipped the same business day.

All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification. Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your items as quickly as possible and we will do out best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door super fast.

We work closely with our vendors to ensure that you receive your items quickly. Most products are marked "In Stock - Ships Within 24 hours" These products will ship same or next business day. The earlier in the day the order is place, the better the chance it will ship that day.

While we will do our best to ship from distribution center closest to you, naturally not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times!

In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we will split the order and shop each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to shop out as one package. We utilize out best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.

Some items will be marked "Available - Expect 3-5 business days lead time prior to shipment. These items cannot ship same day and require lead time prior to shipment. If you select and expediated shipping method. please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped!

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.

Most orders will be shipped USPS, however we do utilize UPS and FedEx as well.

Shipping Method Explanation
Business days are Monday - Friday: Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Fast Standard Shipping
Delivery typically in one to five business days.

Free 2-Day Delivery
Qualifying items ordered by 2:00 PM CST Monday thru Friday will ship for free with a delivery estimate by the end of the second business day after the order is placed. For example, if an order is placed for a qualifying item at 1:30 PM CST on Monday, that item will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed at 11:00 AM CST on Friday, it will arrive on the following Tuesday, Full details and exclusions are listed below.

Three Day
Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is place Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.

Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.

Next Day
Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday.
An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

Shipping Changes
Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will pick up may be subject to a $10 service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in transit.)

Order Cancellation
If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders quickly.
Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "order Processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.

PO Boxes
Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service.
Please contact customer service for the most accurate delivery estimates.
Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility.

Delivery Policy
Typically packages will be left at the door and do not require a signature. If you would require a signature, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.

How will my order Ship?
We currently ship with USPS

Our In-Stock items ship daily.

All Backorders will receive Expediated Shipping.

New Stock, Backorders and Pre-orders are gathered and placed on a weekly schedule, on Mondays.

We usually receive our shipments that include your pre-orders and backorders the same week, on Thursdays and Fridays.

Any Future-Pre-orders will receive Expediated Shipping.
